I've spent years thinking about what makes people capable, as entrepreneurs, as teams, as a country. That curiosity drove me to build software products, coach talent, and get involved in questions bigger than me.
Today I run a portfolio of brands, each one to answer a question I couldn't stop asking. They span skills, hiring, indie entrepreneurship, and nation building.
I believe Africa's most underutilized resource is its people. And with the right systems, built with intention, we can unlock potential at a scale that changes the story of our continent.
